• Consumer Agreement
• When will you charge my credit/debit card? Your credit or debit card will be authorized for the amount of the purchase at the time you place your order. This is to assure us that your funds are available in order for us to begin processing your order. If your dress is available in time for your wear date we will charge the full amount to your card immediately. If we are not able to fill your order, your card will NOT be charged and you will be notified via email with the details. Please allow several business days for the authorization of funds to be released.



• Shipping & Delivery
• When will my dress ship? If your dress is in stock at Nicole's Boutique then it will ship immediately. If the dress is in stock and hanging at the designer's warehouse then it normally takes a week for them to ship it to Nicole's Boutique. We will then ship the dress to you. If the designer has to special order the dress and if it will arrive in time for your wear date then we will order your dress at that time and charge your credit card. We will email you with the tracking number. It is your responsibility to track your dress. Signature is required upon delivery. How is my dress shipped? United States: UPS ground and normally arrives within 3-5 business days (business days being Monday through Friday) How will you contact me? This is very important, we will contact you via email from the time your order is placed to the time your order is shipped. Be sure to provide the correct email address and an email address that you check often.



• Return Policy
• What is your return policy? Due to the nature of the item all sales are final. There are no returns, exchanges or cancellations on orders. We inspect every single dress before it leaves our store. All of our dresses are ordered through the designers, they are 100% authentic, never worn or tried on and in excellent condition.

• Nicole's Boutique is open 7 days a week from January thru May.
